Confal performes the purchase, treatment and recovering of the production scrap from our customers. We have built up granulation equipment for recovery of dross. The system of processing of dangerous scrap in our production plant in Slovenska Lupca has been approved by regional and district environmental offices in ska Bystrica. We have obtained a valid integrated permission in accordance with the law no. 245/2003 about integrated prevention and inspection of environment contamination.
The company is also a holder of the trade licence for "Business in the field of treatment of dangerous scrap". Another proof of our commitment to ecology in the process of aluminium scrap treatment is the fact that we have installed a system for filtration of combustion products. This system satisfies the most stringent European standards. Confal is one of the constituent members of the Republic Union of the Recycling Industry (RUReP).
